For certain lenses, you can adjust the sensitivity of the manual focus override, allowing you to choose how quickly you can switch to manual focus after acquiring autofocus. 

Adjust Focus Speed (Art, Contemporary, Sport Lenses) 

For lenses in the Art, Contemporary, and Sport product lines, you can customize the autofocus speed to one of three settings (standard, fast, or slow) to match your shooting style.
