Yes, you can trade in your equipment. After inspection, the value is credited towards your new purchase.

Most items can be returned within 30 days in original packaging and condition. Used gear must be returned within 7 days.

Opened consumables, books, software, gift cards, film, ink cartridges, and items registered to an individual (e.g. Wacom tablets).

A courier fee of R95 may be deducted from your refund. Some cancellations may attract a 10% admin fee.

Yes, exchanges are possible if the item is available. Collection may be charged, but delivery of the replacement is usually free.

Standard Delivery is R95 (2–4 working days) for orders under R1,000. Express Delivery is R140 (1–2 working days) to main areas. Orders over R1,000 qualify for free standard delivery.

Couriers deliver to your address (not necessarily the person). OTP-based confirmation ensures secure delivery.

Yes, all products carry official manufacturer or distributor warranties. We do not sell grey imports.

Used gear carries a 6-month warranty. If factory warranty is still valid, it transfers to you.
