How to use:

Align the camera lens with the icon on the Insta360 standard mount.  Press the Insta360 standard mount against the camera until you hear a click.  Then, gently pull away from the camera to ensure securely attached.  
The  Insta360 standard mount has a 2-prong mount to connect to the Flexible Adhesive Mount and other accessories.
To uninstall, press and hold the two buttons on the  Insta360 standard mount to detach the camera
