A Neutral Density (ND) Filter blocks out a controlled amount of light and this allows you to use a slower shutter speed or wider aperture in brighter light - settings which may normally cause over-exposure in such lighting conditions. The possibility to use a slower shutter speed gives you some creative freedom and allows you to deliberately create motion blur in your compositions. Similarly, the possibility to make use of a larger aperture allows you to capture with a shallower depth-of-field than would normally be possible.

The Benro 10-Stop ND Filter is an excellent tool for enhancing your compositions. It is made of ultra-high quality optical glass which renders extremely high-resolution results with minimal chromatic aberration, ghosting and flare. A WMC coating aids in keeping the filter free of dirt, water and oil. It also protects the filter against minor scratches. The rugged aluminium ring features a slim design which considerably reduces the chances of getting vignetting.
